Ironworks Road, Tow Law: old cast gutters and downpipes removed. White UPVC capping boards fixed to existing fascias and new white UPVC square gutters and downpipes supplied and installed. Property looks great and maintenance is minimal.
New roof to kitchen extension. Old roof coverings were removed and new breathable vent pro felt was laid and fixed with treated battens. Double Roman tiles were laid with a dry verge. Code 4 lead was applied to finish.
Dormer window removed and roof light installed.
Kitchen ceiling replaced at Wearhead Village hall following storm damage.
